emptied

tapped-out

working in the creative
field can be so demanding
for design is quite personal
...an extension of yourself.

for me,
it's hard to separate
work from life

the blurring of
the lines is beautiful
but sometimes it can
be quite taxing

you never know
when to stop.

step away.

refuel.

maybe i'm
experiencing
pre-vacation
exhaustion.

Maybe you are 'exhausted' because you are trying to separate work and life in the creative field... Life has no dividers: it's all life, inseparable as yourself...

The photos remind me of this song by the Weakerthans, "Sun In an Empty Room."

these rooms have breathing space. and nice light.

hope you have found some, also. what you offer to so many of us gives us room to breathe. and good light.

sending this with appreciation,

always.

With such a beautiful window as that, there are so many things that can be done to dress it up and give the room some real personality. I came across your post this afternoon while browsing interior design blogs and the topic of window treatment selection was very interesting to me. It is true that you must dress your windows appropriately to bring out their true beauty. Thank you for writing and as a special thanks to you and your readers, I would like to offer a 20% off coupon using this code upon checkout: BLG20.
