crown and anchor me
or let me sail away

i write the first thing
that comes into my head.

but am i anchored
to every word?

tattooed?

a sentence
to prison

sometimes, i can't
believe i share such
things with you.

blogging feels like
walking on stage without
your pants on.

soon i'll quit this crazy gig

Such a tough one. Who reads our blogs? It's fun in many ways. I like your blog a lot, but I sometimes wonder what we're all doing. Should we be outside more? Away from our computers. I think I'm a bit addicted maybe. Anyway I'm here until I figure it out.

Since my first question wasn't answer I will now address the post itself.

You are what many call an intelligent blogger. This shouldn't be taken lightly because you do compose a well thought out post everytime. I think that you must leave the sincerity of the commentators to themselves. You are at the point in blogging that people will hate on you. I also think that people take blogging to seriously so taking a step back maybe best.

I will, however miss your blog.

I've never commented before but I love your blog, I look forward to it, it makes me think, it makes me smile and it makes me cry. It would be such a shame if you quit this crazy gig but then, things change...

That's the American version of pants and not the UK one right? I've never thought of blogging like that but it made me smile all the same (not sure if it was meant to though!!)

Is that Anna Karina from Band of Outsiders??? If this isn't a pic from that film....you should watch it. It's fabulous. Greatest dance scene EVER!

Anyway, you go girl. You're young, life is short. To hell with blogging (even though I love yours)...LIVE!

Just wanted to say, love your blog. Keep doing it so long as you enjoy it. :-) At the end of the day, it should work for you.

i love your blog so much. i tell people about it all the time...reluctantly, because i don't want them all in on it... but then, i blurt it out because it's too good to keep in.

Joy I think that the "still" you are referring to is actually a happening by Beuys.

I Like American and America Likes Me, 1974.

I like the curated images, but must say that I wish Cerre would connect back. I am intrigued, but feel ignored.
