i want to sit at the table in this kitchen, look at books i keep in the basket from the photo beneath it, and listen to death of a ladies man. it would be a great day.

love your blog. sort of stumbled on it...anyhoo, eatshop atlanta will lead ou to many points of interest. (see eatshopguides.com.) the guides feature 90 (or so) independently owned businesses that i would describe: the "kind of their kind", off the beaten path, neither too high nor too low and all with a certain visual appeal. the idea is to draw foot traffic (+ spending money) into neighborhoods, to explore the communities, support local business. i spent some time in atlanta last april compiling that edition. e/satlanta will definitely lead you to many interesting places and new places that may have opened since or that i didnt have space to include. happy trails
