interview essential?

I love the interview suit!

I might consider pants, maybe an Alexander Olch bow tie and pair of Chie Mihara heels. Is a bow tie over the top?

rad, she looks great.

for interviews, i wear a high-waisted pleated gray skirt and a white button-down and very high heels. it makes me feel more in control even when i'm freaked!

I don't think I have an essential, but a friend of mine wore a scarf around her neck to her first interview on the advice of her mother, who told her it would "give them a means to make her stand out in someone's memory - the girl with the scarf." She got the job.

I used to hate interviews for this reason alone.. fortunately my last interviewer cared only for my work & personality!

LOVE this blog.

hmmm. I think it's important not to look like you're *trying* too hard. But great shoes are key.
